Al Moltaka is excited to announce our next presentation & meet scheduled for 24 June 2025 at the Radisson Blu, Media City. 

A torsion of glass and ceramic rising from Sheikh Zayed Road, Wasl Tower is less a building than a study in controlled motion.  The asymmetry is intentional.  So is the seam that runs its height, creating a spine of terraces that split the tower’s mass and soften its profile against the skyline.

Engineered by design, not default, the ceramic façade moderates heat and glare with remarkable restraint.  This is performance without spectacle.  Structure as strategy.

Jeroen Kortekaas and Helene Daher from UNStudio unpack the process behind the icon, from early models to final resolve.  A story defined by context, and open to those shaping what comes next.
